Whether you are starting something, growing it, or standing at a pivot point wondering what comes next, your chart helps you build around your real strengths, attract the right clients, and time your moves.

They arrive with questions about the thing they are working on. Should I start it? Why is it growing slower than I expected? Why do the right clients keep missing me? Is it time to pivot? Am I even in the right work?
These are questions about confidence, timing, and direction, which is exactly where a chart earns its keep.

Choose a wedge, or pick from the list
Before astrology, I spent over ten years in HR leadership. Building teams, and watching how the right decision at the right time changes everything.
That is why the work does not stop at your own chart. What kind of support you actually need, and when. How the people already beside you take in information compared with how you give it. Why one partnership drains you and another sharpens you. We can look at the dynamics around you as well as your own chart, so the people side runs smoother.
Where I draw the line. I will not read a job candidate's chart, and I would not want you to either. Asking someone for their birth details before you hire them is a legal and ethical problem. What we look at is your chart, and the charts of people who have already chosen to work with you and agreed to share theirs.
Build the business only you can build.
These are the four questions founders actually bring me.
Why am I working so hard but not making the money I want?
Your chart can reveal the patterns shaping how you earn, value, manage, and grow money in your business.
Sometimes the issue is pricing. Sometimes it is risk, visibility, confidence, or the way you respond when growth starts to feel uncomfortable.
The point is not to predict a number. It is to understand the financial pattern you keep repeating so you can make different decisions.
Do I need to rebrand, or am I talking to the wrong audience?
Sometimes the brand is fine. The mismatch is between what you are offering, how you are communicating it, and who you are trying to reach.
Your chart can help clarify your natural voice, what you are best positioned to be known for, and the kinds of people or communities most likely to respond to your work.
That can help you decide whether the business needs a new identity, or simply a clearer message and a better audience.
Why do I stall at exactly the same point every single time?
Because recurring business blocks usually have a pattern.
Your chart can show where fear, self-doubt, emotional reactivity, loss of momentum, or difficulty sustaining effort tends to surface. The placements behind it differ from chart to chart. Read together, they explain why the same kind of obstacle keeps appearing even when the business itself changes.
Once you can see the pattern clearly, you can stop treating it as a personal failure and start working with it deliberately, through better timing, structure, boundaries, or a different way of taking action.
My business partner and I keep having the same conflict. Is it me?
Sometimes it has nothing to do with values. It comes down to how two people process information, make decisions, and respond under pressure.
One person may need to think out loud before they know what they believe. The other may need time, silence, and a draft before they are ready to respond. Put those two people in the same meeting and both can walk away feeling misunderstood.
By comparing both birth charts through synastry, we can look at the communication patterns, emotional responses, friction points, and working chemistry between you, and identify where the relationship needs translation rather than another round of the same argument.
