The lane where I am most useful is astrology for founders, entrepreneurs and solopreneurs. Also anyone getting clear on their purpose before they leave a job to start their own business. Inside that, I go deepest on the working chemistry between people who already build something together.

A live workshop with your team, where everyone learns their own chart and shares whatever they want to share. Personal awareness first. Team awareness after that. People leave with a plainer sense of how they each approach challenges, communicate and recharge, and why the same meeting can feel completely different to five people sitting in the same room.
Before astrology I spent over ten years in HR leadership. That is where the interest in how teams actually work came from.
This is for teams that already exist and have agreed to take part. I do not read charts for hiring, screening or promotion decisions, and I would talk you out of it if you asked.
